Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Online Reputation Management (ORM) Intern with strong online research and surfing skills. This role involves monitoring brand mentions, managing online reviews, and ensuring a positive brand image across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and track brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across online platforms.
• Respond to customer queries, comments, and reviews professionally and promptly
• Analyze online trends, discussions, and sentiments related to the brand
• Assist in handling social media reputation and online community management
• Research competitor brand reputation and industry trends
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve online engagement strategies
• Identify and report any negative trends affecting the brand’s online presence
• Maintain ORM reports and provide insights to enhance digital reputation
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong online research and web surfing skills
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle feedback and respond professionally
• Familiarity with review platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, etc. (preferred)
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and social media tools (preferred)
• Pursuing or completed any Bachelor’s degree
