We are looking for a Customer Relation Intern who has a good typing speed and a strong sales motivation. This role involves engaging with potential customers via chat, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. If you have a passion for communication, persuasion, and customer interaction, this is a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via chat to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
- Handle inbound and outbound chat inquiries to drive sales conversions
- Maintain a fast response time while ensuring high-quality customer interactions
- Build relationships with potential customers and encourage repeat purchases
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Track customer interactions and update sales reports regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer behavior trends
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good typing speed with accuracy in communication
- Strong sales motivation and a goal-driven mindset
- Excellent written communication skills for chat-based interactions
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and persuasion strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively
- A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
- Prior experience in chat support or sales (even as a freelancer or academic project) is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
