We’re not hunting for “perfect resumes.”
We want street-smart Gen-Z editors who understand attention spans, trends, and vibes.
If you know:
- Why a reel needs a hook in the first 2 seconds
- What makes people stop scrolling
- How memes, cuts, beats & captions work together
You’re already ahead.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Insta videos)
- Add fast cuts, captions, zooms, meme inserts, sound effects
- Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos
- Work closely with creators & marketers to match the brand tone
- Experiment. Break rules. Make content that hits.
🧠You’re Perfect If You:
- Are obsessed with Instagram & YouTube Shorts
- Can edit on Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (any is fine)
- Understand trends > textbook editing
- Take feedback without ego
- Don’t need hand-holding
- Have that “main character energy” 🔥
