About the Role
We are an international online casino operator expanding aggressively across EU and GCC markets. We are looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer with proven experience in real-money gaming acquisition, who can own growth for FTDs with strong ROI focus.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands high-scale paid acquisition in regulated / restricted verticals and can take full ownership of performance, creatives, and scaling strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads & Growth
- Plan, launch, optimize and scale Meta ad campaigns for casino user acquisition.
- Drive high-quality First Time Depositors (FTDs) with strong ROI and LTV.
- Continuously optimize CPA, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Own creative testing and scaling strategy for gambling verticals.
- Develop angles, hooks, scripts, and ad concepts.
- Work closely with the in-house design & video team to produce creatives.
Optimization & Analytics
- Analyse performance by geo (EU & GCC), audience, and creative cohorts.
- Identify winning patterns and scale budgets profitably.
Account & Funnel Management
- Ensure stability, performance consistency, and smooth scaling.
- Work with landing pages, pre-landers, and conversion flow optimization.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, poker, or real-money gaming.
- Proven track record of driving FTDs and revenue, not just installs or leads.
- Deep understanding of:
- Meta algorithm & scaling mechanics
- Creative fatigue and iteration cycles
- Funnel optimization for high-intent users
- Strong analytical and growth mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience working with EU and GCC markets.
- Experience working in restricted or highly regulated ad environments like Nutra, crypto, CBD, dating, etc.
