Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Legal & Contract Management Associate to support our influencer and brand partnerships. The role will focus on drafting, vetting, updating, and finalizing a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, policies, terms, NDAs, and influencer agreements. The ideal candidate should be confident in using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in legal drafting and vetting workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
â—Ź Draft, review, and update influencer contracts, brand agreements, NDAs, partnership MoUs, and service terms
â—Ź Coordinate with stakeholders (internal & external) to finalize agreements, resolve redlines, and ensure timely acceptance
â—Ź Use AI tools like ChatGPT or legal tech assistants to improve drafting, remove ambiguity, and increase efficiency
â—Ź Respond to legal queries or contract comments raised by brands or influencers
â—Ź Review and maintain Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and platform-level disclaimers
â—Ź Own the legal workflow for contract tracking, version control, and e-signature finalization (DocuSign/Zoho Sign/etc.)
â—Ź Maintain a digital repository of all legal files, contracts, and signed agreements
â—Ź Stay updated on evolving regulations relevant to influencer marketing and media laws
Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) from a recognized university
â—Ź Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
â—Ź Experience or interest in Contract Law, IP Law, Media & Technology Law
â—Ź Proficiency in using ChatGPT or other AI legal tools for clause writing, risk analysis, or ambiguity checks
â—Ź Comfortable handling redlines, counter-party communication, and approval cycles
â—Ź Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
â—Ź Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Word, and e-signature tools (preferred)
