About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Brand & Campaign Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand initiatives, managing influencer campaigns, and ensuring smooth client interactions. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or college-going individuals who have a passion for marketing, brand building, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute brand campaigns with a premium and persuasive communication style.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to drive successful marketing campaigns.
• Handle negotiations and secure optimal deals with influencers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships with excellent grievance-handling skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Ensure seamless communication in both Hindi and English across all internal and external touchpoints.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to meet campaign goals and KPIs.
• Keep a pulse on industry trends, especially within the influencer marketing landscape.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and convincing skills with a premium touch.
• Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve client grievances effectively.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing (internships and freelance projects count).
• Freshers or college students are welcome to apply.
