Job Title: Operations Executive
Role Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities for marketing and advertising projects, including vendor coordination and execution monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and installation of advertising materials
- Ensure advertising boards, hoardings, and branding materials are installed as planned
- Check work quality through site visits or photos/videos
- Follow up on timelines and resolve execution issues
- Maintain basic reports, trackers, and proof of execution (POE)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to handle field and operational work
