We are looking for a Client Relation Intern who has a good typing speed and a strong sales motivation. This role involves engaging with potential customers via chat, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into successful sales. If you have a passion for communication, persuasion, and customer interaction, this is a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via chat to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
  • Handle inbound and outbound chat inquiries to drive sales conversions
  • Maintain a fast response time while ensuring high-quality customer interactions
  • Build relationships with potential customers and encourage repeat purchases
  • Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
  • Track customer interactions and update sales reports regularly
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer experience
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer behavior trends

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good typing speed with accuracy in communication
  • Strong sales motivation and a goal-driven mindset
  • Excellent written communication skills for chat-based interactions
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and persuasion strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations effectively
  • A positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
  • Prior experience in chat support or sales (even as a freelancer or academic project) is a plus
