Role Overview:
We are looking for a sincere and dedicated Account Manager Intern who has excellent communication and writing skills in English, strong sales motivation, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English and have a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients and influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, influencers, and clients
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive engagement and sales
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication
• Monitor client needs, offer solutions, and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist in creating proposals, reports, and presentations
• Support negotiation and closure of deals with clients and partners
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in account management
Skills and Qualifications:
• Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing skills for business communication
• Ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
• Good sales motivation and aptitude for revenue growth
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis (a plus)
• Prior experience in account management, business development, or sales (internships or freelance work) is a plus
