We’re not hunting for “perfect resumes.”
We want street-smart Gen-Z editors who understand attention spans, trends, and vibes.

If you know:

• Why a reel needs a hook in the first 2 seconds

• What makes people stop scrolling

• How memes, cuts, beats & captions work together

You’re already ahead.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Insta videos)

• Add fast cuts, captions, zooms, meme inserts, sound effects

• Turn raw footage into scroll-stopping videos

• Work closely with creators & marketers to match the brand tone

• Experiment. Break rules. Make content that hits.

🧠 You’re Perfect If You:

• Are obsessed with Instagram & YouTube Shorts

• Can edit on Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / After Effects (any is fine)

• Understand trends > textbook editing

• Take feedback without ego

• Don’t need hand-holding

• Have that “main character energy” 🔥
