Role Overview:

As a Growth Hacking Intern, you will work closely with our marketing, product, and data teams to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. This role is perfect for those who have a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, enjoy experimenting with different growth strategies, and are eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute innovative growth experiments to acquire and retain users.
• Analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Utilize social media, content marketing, and viral marketing techniques to enhance brand presence.
• Work on SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to drive traffic.
• Develop and test creative marketing copy and visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
• Monitor trends and insights to refine marketing initiatives.
• Assist in A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and performance tracking.
• Identify and explore new digital growth channels.
• Develop engaging and shareable content to drive organic reach.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a top-tier Indian college.
• Proficiency in both Hindi and English (spoken & written).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Highly creative with an experimental mindset.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and growth hacking tools.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Understanding of user psychology and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for startups, technology, and innovative marketing.
