Job Title: Operations Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities for marketing and advertising projects, including vendor coordination and execution monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and installation of advertising materials
• Ensure advertising boards, hoardings, and branding materials are installed as planned
• Check work quality through site visits or photos/videos
• Follow up on timelines and resolve execution issues
• Maintain basic reports, trackers, and proof of execution (POE)
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Willingness to handle field and operational work
