Role Overview:

We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Executive (B2B Sales) who is fluent in English and Hindi and passionate about business growth and sales strategies. This role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding B2B clients, negotiating deals, and executing sales strategies. If you have a knack for business development and are eager to make an impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients and business partners
• Pitch Hobo.Video’s services and convert leads into strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers
• Handle negotiations, proposals, and closing deals with business partners
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
• Track sales performance, report insights, and suggest improvements
• Manage communication via emails, calls, and virtual meetings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly sincere, dedicated, and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of B2B sales, lead generation, and CRM tools (preferred)
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets (preferred)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Pursuing or completed any Bachelor’s degree
