Role Overview

We’re looking for an Influencer Intern who can communicate well in both English and Hindi. You will help identify and engage influencers, manage collaborations, and support ongoing campaigns.
Responsibilities

• Identify and shortlist influencers across platforms
• Build and maintain relationships for collaborations
• Support influencer marketing campaigns
• Track campaign results and prepare reports
• Maintain influencer database and outreach records
• Coordinate content alignment with brand messaging
• Stay updated on trends in the creator industry
• Assist with negotiation and partnership discussions

Requirements

• Strong English & Hindi communication
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
• Good relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Interest in digital marketing and influencer trends
• Strong organization and time management
• Ability to analyze performance metrics
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Any prior project experience is a bonus
