Role Overview:

We are looking for a Celeb Outreach Intern with strong English communication skills, business acumen, and an interest in Bollywood and celebrity culture. This role involves identifying, reaching out to, and managing partnerships with celebrities, influencers, and entertainment industry professionals. If you are passionate about celebrity trends and networking, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify celebrities, influencers, and public figures for collaborations
• Reach out to celebrity managers, PR agencies, and influencers for partnerships
• Assist in drafting partnership proposals, agreements, and pitches
• Stay updated on Bollywood news, celebrity trends, and entertainment industry updates
• Coordinate and manage communication between celebrities and internal teams
• Work closely with the marketing team to align partnership goals with brand strategies
• Handle email correspondence, negotiations, and partnership coordination
• Maintain partnership records and track engagement performance
• Support in organizing virtual events, celebrity endorsements, and promotional campaigns

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent English writing and speaking skills (Mandatory)
• Strong business acumen and networking abilities
• Deep understanding of Bollywood, celebrity culture, and entertainment trends
• Highly dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and digital promotions (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term partnerships
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets (preferred)
• Ability to negotiate and manage professional relationships
• Pursuing or completed any Bachelor’s degree
