Role Overview:

We are looking for a Content Moderator Intern who has strong English writing skills and proficiency in either Hindi or English. This role involves reviewing, monitoring, and moderating digital content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital content, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
• Monitor trends to identify potential risks or policy violations
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to platform guidelines
• Work closely with the content and community teams to maintain a safe online environment
• Analyze and report suspicious or harmful activities on the Platform
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation
• Provide feedback to improve content moderation policies and workflows

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong English writing skills (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in either Hindi or English
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inappropriate content
• Knowledge of content guidelines, community standards, and digital safety
• Ability to make quick, ethical decisions while moderating content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and user engagement trends
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Basic understanding of digital content policies and legal aspects (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Pursuing or completed any Bachelor’s degree
