About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data & Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data management, lead
generation, and market research within the real estate and hospitality sectors. This role requires someone who can identify potential clients, maintain an updated database, and generate qualified leads to support the business development and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities
    within the real estate and hospitality industries.
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research, professional networks, industry
    events, and digital platforms.
  • Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring all data is accurate, organized, and
    regularly updated.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams with target lists, reports, and insights derived from research data.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market movements to provide valuable
    insights for strategy planning.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to design and execute lead generation
    campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead status, pipeline progress, and market research findings.
  • Ensure data compliance and maintain confidentiality of client information.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, market research, and data management, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B business development processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Zoho, or
    Salesforce).
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
