Job Title: Strategic Client Relations Associate (French-Speaking) – Partnerships & Global Growth

Role Overview

GBB Venture is looking for a dynamic, French-speaking Strategic Client Relations Associate to help global companies unlock new markets and accelerate commercial growth across the hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.

This is not just a sales role, it’s a high-impact, client-facing position at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and international expansion. You’ll work closely with leading manufacturers, solution providers, and technology companies, helping them enter new markets, win business, and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, engage, and onboard French-speaking clients and partners across global markets
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value B2B partnerships
  • Lead outreach, qualification, and conversion of strategic opportunities

2. Market Expansion & Advisory

  • Support clients in expanding into new regions, particularly French-speaking markets
  • Advise on market positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Help refine client offerings to align with market demand and buyer expectations

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Departments) across international markets
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving long-term client success and retention
  • Lead conversations in French and English with clarity and confidence

4. Revenue & Commercial Growth

  • Contribute directly to revenue targets through partner acquisition and deal closures
  • Deliver compelling value propositions focused on ROI and business outcomes
  • Support negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization

5. Market Research & Opportunity Mapping

  • Track trends across hospitality, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
  • Map client capabilities to live opportunities and project pipelines
  • Provide insights to enhance targeting and commercial strategy

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or client relations (B2B)
  • Fluency in French (B2 or above) and strong English communication skills
  • Strong commercial understanding of sales cycles, pricing, and negotiations
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to hospitality, real estate or infrastructure
  • Experience working with international clients or cross-border markets
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments
