Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.
Responsibilities:
• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events. Focus on prospects in need of digital marketing services such as social media management, website development, production, content creation, and branding.
• Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and close sales specifically for our digital marketing, content creation, web design, and branding services.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions. This includes understanding client objectives for social media campaigns, website projects, content production, and overall brand development.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets set by the management, with a particular focus on securing projects related to social media marketing, website design, content creation, and digital branding.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities within the digital marketing space in all regions.
• Proposal Development and Pitch Decks: Create and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, emphasising our expertise in digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, website development, content production, and branding.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content creation, web design, and branding teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing plans that meet client objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for the management team, highlighting the success of digital marketing initiatives and client projects.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
